David Angel is a native of Seattle, Washington and attended Long Island and Yeshiva Universities where he procured masters degrees in Counseling/Psychology and Ancient/Medieval Philosophy. Mr. Angel entered the property management industry in 1982 and was the designated broker for West and Wheeler Management, Inc. until 1988 when he turned his focus to full time development of Emerald City Investment and Management, Inc. (ECI&M) ECI&M began as a one man operation and built up its management portfolio to over 600,000 square feet of commercial space and several hundred apartment units. ECI&M has become a significant regional player in the Washington real estate market and continues to thrive as it manages numerous properties throughout the State of Washington. Mr. Angel sold his interest in ECI&M, and moved to New York in 2002 where he has established a real estate development and brokerage company, TAG Property Management, LLC, modeled after the successful operation of ECI&M.
During Mr. Angels twenty-five year tenure in the real estate business, he has involved himself in all facets of the business including the management, leasing, and, sale of property. In addition, Mr. Angel has successfully bought and sold numerous parcels, and in the process has developed and redeveloped a number of buildings.
Mr. Angel founded The Angel Group in 2002, and has rapidly grown the business via the ground-up development of housing projects throughout New York City as well as the development of a national income producing portfolio. Mr. Angel has consistently overseen the growth of investor wealth and has steered The Angel Group's performance towards returns that have consistently outstripped the capital markets.
